本アプリケーション「SpeedTracker」（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者（以下「当方」）により提供されます。本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、Apple App Store の本アプリのストアページをご参照ください（Appleの規約上、当該ページには開発者情報が表示されます）。
本アプリは、動画・カメラ映像の解析（車両検出、追跡、速度推定、ナンバープレートの文字認識を含む）のすべてをユーザーの端末内のみで完結させます。本アプリにはネットワーク通信を行うコードが一切含まれておらず、外部サーバーとの通信、アナリティクスSDK、広告SDK、クラッシュレポートSDKは組み込まれていません。当方は、ユーザーの動画・解析結果・個人情報のいずれも、サーバーで収集・保存・閲覧することができません。
当方は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、IPアドレス、端末識別子、広告識別子（IDFA）、利用状況データ、クラッシュログその他一切の個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。
以下の情報は、ユーザーの端末内ローカルストレージ（アプリの Application Support コンテナ、SwiftData によるデータベース）にのみ保存され、当方を含むいかなる第三者にも送信されません。
これらのデータは、iOSの標準的な端末バックアップ機構（iCloudバックアップ／PC経由のバックアップ等、ユーザー自身が設定するもの）の対象に含まれる場合がありますが、これは他の一般的なアプリと同様であり、当方が独自にクラウド同期・収集する機能ではありません。当方はこれらのデータに一切アクセスできません。
これらはすべてオンデバイスで処理され、外部に送信されることはありません。
本アプリは Apple Vision フレームワークを用いて、ユーザーが解析する映像内のナンバープレート等の文字をオンデバイスで認識する機能を備えています。この処理は、ユーザー自身が撮影・入手した映像を解析・表示する目的のみに使用され、当方によるいかなる中央データベースへの蓄積、第三者への提供、個人の特定・追跡を目的とした利用も行いません。映像に写り込む第三者の車両・ナンバープレート・人物等に関するプライバシーへの配慮は、映像を解析するユーザー自身の責任となります（詳細は免責事項をご参照ください）。
当方は個人データを第三者に提供しません。本アプリには広告SDK、アナリティクスSDK、クラッシュレポートSDK等の第三者ライブラリは一切組み込まれていません。使用しているのは Apple 標準フレームワーク（Vision, CoreMotion, AVFoundation, SwiftData, CoreML ランタイム）のみです。
データを外部に送信しないため、国際的なデータ移転は発生しません。
解析履歴・動画コピー等の端末内データは、ユーザーがアプリ内の削除操作で個別に削除できるほか、アプリをアンインストールした時点で端末から完全に削除されます。当方のサーバーにはデータが一切存在しないため、当方側での削除処理は発生しません。
本アプリはネイティブアプリであり、Cookie、トラッキングピクセル、フィンガープリンティング等のトラッキング技術は一切使用しません。
当方はユーザーに関するデータを収集・保存しないため、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等の請求対象となるデータは当方の側には存在しません。端末内のデータはユーザー自身がいつでも削除できます。本ポリシーやデータの取扱いに関するお問い合わせ・請求は、Apple App Store の本アプリのストアページに記載の連絡手段をご利用ください。
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず本アプリの利用によって個人情報が収集されることはありません。
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠します。
本ポリシーを変更する場合、本ページの内容を更新し、「最終更新日」を更新することで周知します。重要な変更がある場合は、可能な範囲でアプリ内またはストアページの更新情報でお知らせします。

This application ("the App") is provided by an individual developer ("we", "us"). For any inquiries regarding this Policy, please refer to the App's listing page on the Apple App Store (Apple's own rules require developer information to be displayed there).
All analysis performed by the App — including vehicle detection, tracking, speed estimation, and license-plate text recognition — happens entirely on the user's own device. The App contains no networking code whatsoever: there is no communication with any external server, and no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or crash-reporting SDK is embedded. We have no ability to collect, store, or view any of the user's videos, analysis results, or personal information on any server, because none is ever transmitted to us.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, IP addresses, device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), usage data, crash logs, or any other personal information. No account registration is required.
The following information is stored only in local storage on the user's device (the App's Application Support container, via a SwiftData database) and is never transmitted to us or any other third party:
This data may be included in iOS's standard device backup mechanisms (e.g. iCloud backup or computer-based backup), which are configured by the user themselves — the same as with any other app. This is not a cloud-sync or collection feature operated by us, and we have no access to this data under any circumstance.
All of this is processed on-device and is never transmitted externally.
The App includes an on-device feature, built on Apple's Vision framework, that recognizes text such as license plates within footage the user analyzes. This processing is used solely to analyze and display footage that the user has personally captured or obtained; we do not compile any central database of recognized data, share it with third parties, or use it to identify or track individuals. Respecting the privacy of any third-party vehicles, license plates, or people that may appear in analyzed footage is the responsibility of the user performing the analysis (see the Disclaimer for details).
We do not disclose personal data to any third party. The App does not embed any third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. It relies only on standard Apple frameworks (Vision, CoreMotion, AVFoundation, SwiftData, and the CoreML runtime).
Because no data is transmitted externally, no cross-border data transfer occurs.
On-device data such as analysis history and video copies can be deleted individually within the App at any time, and is permanently removed from the device when the App is uninstalled. Because no data exists on any server operated by us, there is no deletion process to perform on our end.
As a native application, the App does not use cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any similar tracking technology.
Because we do not collect or store any data about users, there is no data on our side subject to access, correction, deletion, or restriction requests. Data stored locally on the device can be deleted by the user at any time. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, no personal information is collected regardless of the user's age.
This Policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
If this Policy is changed, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date. Where feasible, material changes will also be noted within the App or on the store listing's update notes.
