本ページは利用規約第6条の内容を敷衍するものであり、利用規約と一体として本アプリの利用条件の一部を構成します。本アプリをご利用になる前に、必ず全文をお読みください。
本アプリが表示する速度は、ユーザーが設定した校正（路面の4点対応、または実測に基づく既知距離）と、独自実装のホモグラフィ（透視変換／IPM）およびオブジェクト追跡アルゴリズムに基づくアルゴリズム上の推定値です。レーダー式・レーザー式など公的に認定された速度測定機器と同等の精度・信頼性を保証するものではありません。カメラの設置角度、映像の解像度・フレームレート、校正の正確さ、天候・照明条件、遠近による誤差等により、実際の速度と大きく異なる場合があります。
本アプリの速度推定値は、交通違反の取締り、行政処分・反則金の異議申立て、刑事・民事訴訟における証拠、保険金請求の根拠、その他いかなる法的・公式な目的にも使用することはできません。当方は、本アプリの推定値に依拠した結果生じたいかなる不利益についても責任を負いません。
本アプリは、走行中の車両の運転者が自ら操作することを想定していません。運転中に本アプリ（またはその他のアプリ）を操作することは、多くの国・地域で法令違反となるだけでなく、重大な事故につながる危険な行為です。本アプリをライブカメラ機能で使用する場合は、車両を安全に停止させた状態、または同乗者・固定設置された端末により操作してください。本アプリは公認のレーダー探知機や専用速度測定機器の代替品ではなく、安全装置としても機能しません。
撮影・解析する映像について、正当な権利（自ら撮影した、権利者から同意を得た、または適用法上適法に撮影・利用できる根拠がある等）を有していることを確認する責任は、映像を解析するユーザー自身にあります。映像に写り込む第三者の車両・ナンバープレート・容貌等は、状況によっては個人情報保護法（APPI）その他のプライバシー関連法令上の個人情報に該当し得ます。ユーザーは、第三者の特定、追跡、嫌がらせ、ストーキング、名誉毀損その他の権利侵害を目的として本アプリを利用してはなりません。
本アプリのナンバープレート等の文字認識機能は、角度、遮蔽、汚れ、解像度、照明条件等により、誤読・認識失敗が生じることがあります。認識結果を個人・車両の識別、本人確認、その他の重要な判断の根拠として利用しないでください。
本アプリに同梱されているサンプル動画（レース／バイク／高速道路／一般道等）は、機能をお試しいただくためのデモ用素材であり、実際にユーザーが撮影した映像ではありません。これらのサンプルに対して表示される速度推定値は、あくまで機能説明・デモンストレーションを目的としたものであり、実際の車両・状況を表すものではありません。素材の出典・ライセンスは利用規約 第8条をご参照ください。
本アプリは現状有姿（AS IS）で提供され、正確性、完全性、商品性、特定目的への適合性について、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの動作が常に中断・エラーなく行われることも保証しません。
当方は、本アプリの利用（速度推定値への依拠、運転中の操作、第三者のプライバシーに関する紛争を含むがこれに限らない）から生じるいかなる直接的・間接的・付随的・結果的損害についても、適用法令が許容する最大限度において責任を負いません。詳細は利用規約をご参照ください。
撮影・録画・速度測定・プライバシーに関する法令は国・地域により異なります。ユーザーは、自身が所在する国・地域および映像を撮影する場所において適用される法令（道路交通法、個人情報保護法、盗撮・盗聴関連法令等）を自ら確認し、遵守する責任を負います。
本免責事項を変更する場合、本ページの内容および「最終更新日」を更新することで周知します。

This page expands on Article 6 of the Terms of Use and, together with the Terms, forms part of the conditions under which the App may be used. Please read this page in full before using the App.
Speeds displayed by the App are algorithmic estimates based on calibration set up by the user (a 4-point road-plane correspondence, or a known real-world distance) combined with an original homography (perspective transform / IPM) and object-tracking implementation. The App does not guarantee accuracy or reliability equivalent to officially certified speed-measurement equipment such as radar or laser devices. Actual speed may differ significantly from the displayed value due to camera mounting angle, video resolution/frame rate, calibration accuracy, weather and lighting conditions, perspective distortion, and other factors.
Speed estimates produced by the App must not be used for traffic-law enforcement, contesting administrative penalties or fines, evidence in criminal or civil proceedings, the basis of an insurance claim, or any other legal or official purpose. We are not liable for any adverse consequence resulting from reliance on the App's estimates.
The App is not intended to be operated by the driver of a moving vehicle. Operating this App — or any app — while driving is not only illegal in many jurisdictions, but also a dangerous practice that can lead to serious accidents. If you use the App's live camera feature, do so only while the vehicle is safely stopped, or have a passenger operate a securely mounted device. The App is not a substitute for a certified radar detector or professional speed-measurement equipment, and it does not function as a safety device.
It is the sole responsibility of the user analyzing any footage to confirm that they hold a legitimate right to it (e.g. footage they personally recorded, footage for which they obtained the rights-holder's consent, or footage they may lawfully capture and use under applicable law). Depending on the circumstances, third-party vehicles, license plates, or faces appearing in analyzed footage may constitute personal information under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) or other applicable privacy laws. Users must not use the App to identify, track, harass, stalk, defame, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of any third party.
The App's text-recognition feature for license plates and similar text may misread characters or fail to recognize them due to angle, obstruction, dirt, resolution, or lighting conditions. Do not rely on recognition results as the basis for identifying an individual or vehicle, verifying identity, or any other consequential decision.
The demonstration sample videos bundled with the App (racing, motorcycle, highway, and road scenes, etc.) are provided so you can try its features, and are not footage recorded by any user. Speed estimates displayed for these samples are for feature demonstration purposes only and do not represent real vehicles or real-world conditions. See Terms of Use, Article 8 for the source and license of this material.
The App is provided "AS IS," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will operate without interruption or error at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on speed estimates, operating the App while driving, or disputes concerning the privacy of third parties. See the Terms of Use for further detail.
Laws governing recording, filming, speed measurement, and privacy vary by country and region. Users are responsible for identifying and complying with the laws applicable to their own location and to the place where footage is captured, including road traffic law, personal-information-protection law, and any laws restricting covert recording or surveillance.
